Report a listing

Tell us what is wrong with a provider page and we will check it against the issuing body and the business itself.

Report the problem

Use this form for listings that are inaccurate, outdated or fraudulent. If you have an urgent safety concern about a range, an instructor or an incident, contact your local authorities first — this form is monitored during business hours only and is not an emergency channel. Fields marked with an asterisk are required.

To use reCAPTCHA V3, you need to add the API Key and complete the setup process in Dashboard > Elementor > Settings > Integrations > reCAPTCHA V3.

Before you report

Five questions that cover most flagged listings.

Anyone — students, other providers, or staff at a certifying body. You do not need an account. We ask for your name and email only so we can follow up if the details are thin, and we never pass your contact information to the business you reported.

Any certification, state instructor number or affiliation shown on the listing. If a provider claims a credential that the issuing organization cannot confirm, we unpublish that claim while we check it, and we remove the listing entirely if the claim turns out to be fabricated.

Closed businesses and wrong phone numbers are usually corrected within two business days. Credential disputes take longer because we wait on the issuing agency, and they answer on their own schedule. You get an email either way once the review closes.

No. We tell the provider what was flagged and ask them to substantiate it, but reporter identities are never shared. The one exception is a valid legal order, which we would tell you about first unless the law prevents it.

A poor experience belongs in a review, not a report — reviews are moderated and the owner gets one public response. Use this form when the listing itself is wrong: closed business, false credential, duplicate record or inappropriate content.

Is this your business?

If you own the listing, you do not need to report it. Claim it and you can correct hours, phone, credentials and photos yourself, or ask us to take the page down.
