About Cedar Flats Indoor Range
Cedar Flats has been Waco's indoor range since 2009. The building holds twelve lanes at twenty-five yards, each with an electronic target carrier you drive from the booth, and the ventilation system turns the air over completely every ninety seconds so the firing line stays comfortable in August.
Lanes rent by the hour with no membership required, and the rate covers eye and ear protection. If you have never handled a firearm, the free Saturday and Sunday morning orientation walks you through loading, stance and range commands before you take a lane. Rental firearms are available at the counter, and ammunition is sold on site.
Our instructors run the Texas License to Carry course twice a month, with the qualification shoot on the same day. Private lessons can be booked any weekday.
